Previously, he led the family office for two prominent UHNW Individuals in Dubai, led investments for a sovereign insurance company in Abu Dhabi, and led the equities practice for the largest rating agency in India.

At GIA, Stefina supports clients on strategic mandates including financial modeling, business valuation, fundraising, and transaction support, and on CFO services including budgeting, variance analysis, audit coordination, and management reporting of financial statements in line with IFRS.
She was part of one of the largest debt restructuring projects in GCC, demonstrating strong capabilities in stakeholder coordination, analytical thinking, and execution in high-pressure environments.
